OUR TAKE
A clear recurring price for an inbound production line
Sendblue is a useful pricing reference for an application that answers contacts who arrive first. A buyer can model its published inbound tier without treating it as the price of every outbound sales workflow.
Start with the plan direction
The AI Agent plan is listed at $100 per dedicated line per month and includes inbound-first messaging, webhooks and callbacks. Twelve months of one line produces a $1,200 recurring subtotal. Its published allowance of 1,000 inbound contacts per day is a plan description, not our test of how a particular workload behaves.
The Enterprise tier adds full outbound messaging and uses custom pricing. A sales team initiating conversations should request that scope rather than compare a $100 inbound quote with an outbound-capable competitor.
Separate exploration from operations
The free sandbox uses a shared phone number and up to ten verified contacts. The pricing table explicitly excludes webhooks and callbacks from that tier. A successful sandbox message therefore does not settle the cost of validating a production event pipeline.
The table advertises no per-message or SMS fallback fee. Keep that commercial description alongside the production permissions and support terms on your order, so a flat monthly bill does not hide a mismatch in account capabilities.
Ask for the quote you intend to run
Request a written quote with the number of lines, inbound or outbound scope and any annual or volume discount. Do not apply a negotiated rate to future expansion until the agreement says it applies.
For an inbound assistant, the published tier gives a clean starting point. For proactive outreach, leave the calculator amount as a quote input and compare the total once the correct commercial scope is known.
The decision in one sentence
Use the published $100 tier for inbound budgeting; price outbound separately.
