Managed API / SOURCE-BASED REVIEW

Miss Blue : what the $99 line includes

The current $99 promotional rate covers a private number, API access and a shared team inbox. The savings case is clearest when you actually need that combination and understand which extras remain separate.

OUR TAKE

A dedicated line with inbox and API in one bill

Miss Blue is our first recommendation for a business that wants one budget for the customer thread and the people handling it. The offer is straightforward to model, although the complete workflow can cost more than the base texting line.

Write down the rate you can retain

The public pricing page lists a dedicated number at $99 per month during the sale, compared with a regular $198 rate. It says the discounted rate continues while the plan remains active. A twelve-month plan at the promotional base rate is $1,188 per line before optional services. That is arithmetic on a published offer, not a commitment about a future checkout.

The free sandbox is a separate testing environment without a live customer-facing number. It can lower the cost of exploration, but a team budgeting a real production inbox should start with the dedicated-line figure.

Price the calling decision separately

Phone calling is listed at $75 per line per month with 2,500 included minutes. FaceTime Audio is $250 per line per month, and both together are $300. A texting line with both calling options therefore has a $399 recurring subtotal at the current promotional base rate. Add calling to the lines that need it rather than assume every number needs the same package.

The pricing page also lists a managed conversational AI add-on at $100 monthly with $250 setup, and a specific area-code request at $205 once. Connecting your own agent through the ordinary API is included; that is a different buying decision from paying for a managed AI workflow.

Budget for a healthy conversation

Miss Blue recommends starting around thirty new outbound conversations per line each day and reviewing higher-volume use. Unlimited commercial messaging is not a throughput forecast. Extra numbers can be appropriate for distinct teams or identities, but the calculator should not turn a contact target into an assumed safe sending rate.

Ask how number availability, transfer requests and your account terms affect launch timing. Our ownership of Miss Blue is disclosed throughout this publication; confirm the offer and your specific workflow against the linked pricing page.

The decision in one sentence

Choose it when the dedicated identity, inbox and API all have a job in your budget.
