OUR TAKE

A plan table that exposes shared and dedicated choices

Blooio belongs in the ledger because its plan table makes several identity and direction boundaries explicit. The right figure depends on the number a customer will see and whether your application can begin a new conversation.

Keep the identity beside the price

Starter is listed at $39 monthly for personal use, Commercial Shared at $89 and Commercial Dedicated at $289. Shared plans use managed pools, while dedicated plans isolate numbers to a workspace. The lowest rate should not be substituted into a budget that promises one dedicated business identity.

The pricing page lists daily new-conversation allowances for its lower plans. These limits affect a workflow even when commercial billing has no per-message meter. Build the plan choice around your actual use case.

Read the inbound and scale terms

The $98 Inbound plan is reply-only: a contact must message first, and the plan cannot start new conversations. Its scheduling restriction follows from that boundary. An inbound support assistant can evaluate it; an outbound reminder workflow needs another scope.

Enterprise Dedicated is advertised at $195 per month with six or more lines. That is a qualifying multi-line rate, not the price for one standalone dedicated line. Ask for the complete minimum commitment and onboarding terms.

Identify the remaining costs

Specific area-code selection is listed at $75 once for applicable dedicated plans. Calling requires confirmation with the Blooio team, and the page says webhook retries, signing and delivery guarantees depend on the environment and endpoint.

The ledger records published subscription figures while leaving unconfirmed extras visible as questions. Price comparisons are useful only after identity, initiation permission and integration behavior have been matched.

The decision in one sentence

Pick the number model first, then compare its recurring price.
